Leadership teams and product merchandising in the creation and execution of Strategic Marketing Plans designed to grow businesses.

Directly manage, develop, and motivate account service functions including both project and event managers while working closely with internal and external creative resources to ensure deliverables meet business objectives, are created on time and on budget, and match corporate branding/messaging guidelines.

Educate merchandising teams on new and improved marketing deliverables and best practices. Provide appropriate marketing tools to merchandising, sales and business development teams as needed.

Responsible for the development and management of external marketing suppliers  (advertising agency, national media, telemarketing call centers, etc.) including the negotiation of pricing, processes and procedures that maximize effectiveness.

Supervise individual contributors and team managers in Miami, Mexico and Brazil

Reports to Worldwide Director of Marketing

Contact with Agencies, Merchandising, Sales, suppliers and all levels of management

Management Experience

Ability to communicate with all levels of management and have strong communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in English and Portuguese

Fluent in Spanish

Highly Organized and Dependable.

Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficient, extremely organized. PC proficient,
